New moms find inspiration, education at Stroller Fitness

Stroller Fitness is the hottest form of family fitness at USAG Schinnen. Parents bring their children and strollers every Tuesday at 10 to the one - hour class at Schinnen’s Community Activity Center and participate in a novel new workout program.
